Patricia Marie Jackson, 49, passed away May 26, 2016 in Kansas City, Mo. She was born June 7, 1966. She is the daughter of Fred E. Jackson and Donna E. Cook Jackson-Harris.
She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Jackson, and brother, Jerry Jackson.
She is survived by a young son, Nathan Kerr, and husband, Kenneth Kerr, both of the home; mother, Donna Jackson-Harris of Osceola, Mo.; two sisters, Terri Kramer of Bethany, Mo., and Kathy Carter of Kansas City, Mo.; and a brother, Jeff Jackson of Eagleville, Mo. Patti also had many nieces and nephews, along with many other family members.
Patti loved life and was a dedicated and wonderful mom to her son Nathan. He was the light of her life. She worked at Wal-Mart for the past 11 years and loved every minute of it! She enjoyed spending time with her son, and family time was very important to her. She was a friend to so many and she will be missed by all.

Visitation will from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Gowing Funeral Home in Orrick. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Mt. Washington Cemetery in Independence, Mo. Memorials suggested to Nathan Kerr, her son, in care of Kenneth Kerr.
