L.G. McMahon, 79, of Orrick, Mo., went to be with Jesus on October 17, 2015 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cameron, Mo., after a long battle with Alzheimers.
He was a member of Local 10 of the Ironworkers of America and had worked as a Superintendent for Continental Steel and Conveyor in Kansas City. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a loving husband and father. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judith McMahon, two daughters, a son and daughter-in-law, two brothers, three sister-in-laws, three grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Alzheimers Association in his memory.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life for L. G. at his home on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m.
