January 19, 1954 – December 10, 2012

Jacqulin M. “Jackie” Johnson, 58, of Orrick, Mo., passed away Monday, December 10, 2012 at the NorthCare Hospice House in North Kansas City, Mo.

Jacqulin was born on January 19, 1954 in Illinois, the beloved daughter of William and Lela Chonko. She worked for several years at the American Wilcon Plant in Orrick.

Survivors include one son, Timothy Chonko of Hernando, Fla.; two sisters, Sharon Ann Krutz of West Chicago, Ill., and Nadine Jackson of Orrick, Mo.; brother, Gary Chonko of Steger, Ill.; and four grandchildren, Brianna Chonko, Peyton Chonko, Riley Chonko and Madison Chonko.

Jacqulin was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Cheeta Hartfield.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date in Illinois.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Jacqulin Johnson Memorial Fund, payable to Timothy Chonko in care of the funeral home at P.O. Box 169, Orrick, MO 64077.
